Booking and Reservation:

• Booking are only confirmed once deposit has been received.

Payment Terms:

• 25% deposit will be taken to secure booking for dates requested

• Remaining balance will be taken on day of delivery

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellation done prior to 28 days deposit will be refunded

• Cancellation done within 14 days of booking will forfeit deposit

Responsibilities:

• As the client we would ask you not to put any sellotape or other types of sticky tapes on the marquee covers.

• No cooking to be carried out in marquee unless kitchen marquee has been requested

• No stapling to be done on draping to hang decor

Damages and Liability:

• Any damages will be clients responsibility

• Specify the company’s liability in case of equipment failure or other issues.

Insurance:

• We have public liability insurance

Setup and Removal:

• Marquee may be fitted before date of installation but contact will be made prior

• Marquee may be collected on or after collection date requested

• During the fitting and collection process we request clients to not enter the work are unless asked
